Our collection of homes takes inspiration from the The Arts and Crafts movement, celebrating simple and traditional design. Our homes feature steep rooflines, a mix of brickwork and render, stone heads and cills and extensive glazing.

Luxury comes as standard in a Westchurch Home. Chrome sockets, USB points and vertical radiators are just an example of the typical features you can expect to find in one of our homes. We’ve even blended our own bespoke “Westchurch” brick to enhance the classic architectural design and high specification of our homes.

Design

Our new homes are decorated in neutral tones and benefit from large family living spaces. Our open plan kitchen and family room feature bi-folding doors to maximize the light, space and flow of the entire ground floor. Each property benefits from landscaped gardens as well as an impressive block paved driveway. The oak effect composite front door is matched by the up and over double garage door giving a stylish finish to the property.

Our Nolte kitchens are both modern and practical, with a sophisticated design completing a dynamic living space. Our kitchens are fully equipped, and the combination of Neff Appliances, stainless steel finishes, quality work surfaces and tiling delivers a statement kitchen in which to live or entertain.

Bathroom

All bathrooms and en-suites feature Rocca sanitary ware, complete with Hansgrohe chrome fixtures and our favoured Cementi wall tiles giving a contemporary and luxurious feel to the bathrooms.

Energy Efficiency

Our homes are designed with energy efficiency and economy in mind, incorporating environmentally friendly features such as efficient heating systems, double glazed windows, energy efficient kitchen appliances, built in cavity, loft and ground floor insulation. We’ve also installed Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) to transfer the heat from your bathroom and kitchen into habitable rooms, to help keep the running costs down.

On selected developments, we’ve incorporated electric charge points in our garages too.
