Westchurch Homes is an established North West housebuilder of affordable homes.
We have delivered a number of residential developments over recent years in partnership with Registered Providers of Social Housing.

We build mixed tenure schemes to meet the needs and demands of the local area and to meet our Registered Provider partners delivery programme.
We possess a suite of our own housetypes which meet both 100% and 85% of Nationally Described Space Standards in order to ensure we meet the specific needs of our Registered Provider Partners.
We have a standard specification which has been created to meet the Future Homes Standard meaning all our homes have improved insulation, zero gas and instead heated by air source heat pumps. Our specification should meet the needs of most Registered Providers but can be amended to suit a Partner’s specific asset management requirements.
Our homes are snagged by our customer care team prior to a clerk of works inspection. This ensures only the highest of quality homes are being handed over. We do not outsource and deal with all customer care queries efficiently in house.
