How does Agency Assist Work?

Choose your new Westchurch home.
Your dedicated Sales Adviser will contact Property Perspective and arrange a valuation on your home. Property Perspective have a team of in-house valuers who will carry out an in-depth market appraisal on your property.
A proposed sale price is agreed and Property Perspective will market your property for an agreed period.
You will be given a personalised marketing plan which will lay out the 4 step marketing plan which Property Perspective use to maximise the marketing potential of your property and to get you the best price possible.
As part of the service, Property Perspective will instruct an additional local agent to market the property also.
Property Perspective will manage the whole process for you and keep you and the developer updated at all times with the interest on your property.
Once a sale is agreed, Property Perspective will carry out all the sales progression, chasing solicitors and mortgage lenders to be able to keep all parties updated with the sale.
Once you complete on your sale, Westchurch Homes will pay all of your estate agency fees, potentially saving you thousands of pounds.
