As a social tenant, you rent your home from the housing association or council, who act as the landlord.

Westchurch Homes are a housebuilder of affordable homes in the North West of England. We source sites, gain planning consents and enter into contract with Registered Providers to build affordable homes.

We will consider both greenfield and brownfield sites either with planning or with short and medium to longer term planning potential.
